Boeing replaces its CFO Brian West

West had organized one of the largest capital raisings in US history for the company because Boeing urgently needed fresh cash after several consecutive years of losses.
The manager had headed the finances of the aerospace, defense, and defense company for four years. He will now serve as an advisor to Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg (65), it was further stated.
Malave previously worked for the defense contractor L3Harris Technologies and for over 20 years at United Technologies Corporation. There, he served as chief financial officer of the air conditioning manufacturer Carrier Corporation and the aircraft technology specialist UTC Aerospace Systems.
